Greetings and welcome to www.123sold.com.au The website is FREE for you to post the items you want to sell. The site is 100% Australian owned and is part of a large group of companies who own and operate some of Australia's biggest online businesses. It is planned to introduce fees some time in the future when the final site has finished development (yes we are writing a new site.) but for now this site is free to use apart from featuring items and opening a bigger webstore. As the site is new we know it will take time to sell an item so we have allowed auctions to be up to 1 month duration and auto renew up to 5 times and all free. You can include up to 5 pictures at no extra charge. You can also set up your own webstore free for up to 100 items, there is a small monthly fee for the bigger stores. There will be changes made to 123sold.com.au virtually on a daily basis as we bring the site up to the levels you would expect and what we envisage. Please feel free to register and use the site and offer ideas to the programmers. NOTE! The website is set up so that bids cannot be sniped at the last minute. There is a 60 second cut off, this means if a bid is placed in the last 60 second of the closing time the closing time will extend by 60 seconds until there are no bids for 60 seconds and the auction will close. We have implemented this system as it is the same as going to a normal auction where it does not stop until the last bid is called and nobody bids again. We would like to receive feedback about the site and what we can do to make it better for you. We do not expect it to be perfect from day one but within 6 months we expect to have it fine tuned and giving you results and value for money as well as keeping all the fees in Australia and employing Australian programmers and support staff.
